All offers have now been sent out via the email address which you provided on your Essex County Council application. 

Your 2025-2026 Year 7 Team will be:

• Ms Brobbey - Deputy Year Achievement Co-ordinator
• Mrs Chasey - Student Support Officer.  

Your year office will oversee the academic achievement and wellbeing of the year group during the five years leading up to your child's GCSE exams.

However, please note that the Year 7 team for the September 2025 cohort are currently supporting our Year 11's through their GCSE's. Please direct any enquiries to Mrs L Edwards until July.

For those students that accept their 2025 offer, Primary School visits will be arranged to take place in June to discuss pastoral issues. Our feeder primaries will host English or Science lessons from a SWCHS member of staff.

At the end of June, an email will go out to parents containing tutor group information. 

Thursday 26th June is our Taster Day when students come and sample life in SWCHS ahead of transition. More details will be made available nearer the time.

Monday 30th June is the Prospective Parents Evening when the parents and carers of our 2025-2026 Year 7 cohort join the senior leadership in Saffron Hall and learn what they can expect from SWCHS.
