From September 2026, SWCHS uses a system called Arbor to make payments for lunch, trips, equipment, donations and some equipment such as calculators and phone pouches. Details have been sent to parents by Parentmail.

Previously SWCHS used a system called Wisepay. This will be inactive from the end of the academic year 2025-2026
