Students from Years 9-13 performed the musical Chicago from Monday 31st January to Thursday 3rd February 2022 in Saffron Hall.  The production was a real team effort with 48 students performing on stage, 13 musicians and an additional 9 working backstage.  The whole team put in a fantastic performance each and every night to packed audiences.

After such a long break, due to Covid restrictions, it was a joy to be working on a production again and celebrating all of the talent we have here at SWCHS. However, it was not without its challenges, we spent a large amount of time during rehearsal process dealing with COVID cases and periods of isolation. The cast, crew and musicians demonstrated an incredible level of dedication and resilience during this difficult time, and many rehearsed via Teams to ensure the show was a success. Each and every student involved in the production went above and beyond to make the show a success, and we could not be any prouder.
