In response to the growth of the Early Career Framework (ECF) programme, and the upcoming Appropriate Body (AB) reforms, Saffron Teaching School (TS) Hub requires an exceptional teacher and inspirational leader of the Saffron ECF programme and member of the AB team. 

The postholder, as the overall ECF Leader, will work closely with the Director of Saffron TS Hub in overseeing, and delivering, the Saffron ECF programme; they will ensure that the ECF is of high quality and meets the needs of ECTs accessing the Framework. 

The postholder will be also a key member of the AB team, working closely with both the Director, and the overall AB Leader, in delivering the AB remit, as set out in regulations and the statutory induction guidance.

The Hub is based at Saffron Walden County High School and covers the Local Authority districts of Braintree, Chelmsford, Epping Forest, Harlow and Uttlesford.

The successful candidate will already have experience of working as part of a senior leadership team and may currently be leading within a Teaching School Hub.

We would like the postholder to start in September 2023 at the latest.
