Admissions Officer
The post holder will be responsible for all aspects involved in supporting new entrants to the school, particularly in Years 7 and 12. You will be the first point of contact for parents and carers making enquiries about admissions, and will therefore need exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, acting as a welcoming and professional ambassador for the school.
The post holder is also required to undertake general office duties; answering the telephone, working on reception, dealing with general enquiries etc
A proactive team player who is able to liaise effectively with all school staff, work on their own initiative, demonstrate flexibility and be able to adapt to changing demands is essential.
Applicants should have excellent Microsoft 365 skills and ideally a working knowledge of SIMS but training will be provided.
Full Time 35 hours a week, term time, plus 1 week to be worked in August, hours 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Salary Range point 13 -17 (£29,064 - £31,022) pro rata dependent on experience. Actual starting salary £24,149
