Year 12 students received training from Essex Police this month to become ‘SWCHS Hate Incident Ambassadors’.  The group of nine students  contributed with perceptive comments and questions during the virtual training.

Pippa Johnson said she found the training “engaging, interesting and useful”. Bronwyn Dixon-Smith added that it was a “very clearly explained, well-paced session”.

Thank you to our new Hate Incident Ambassadors who will be working within the school community to raise awareness around the consequences of Hate Crime, encourage students to report any incidents that may occur and offer support to victims of hate incidents.
