We are delighted to be able to invite Year 13 students to our Class of 2022 Leavers’ Celebrations.  We have listened and followed student feedback by offering a formal prom at the lowest possible cost, and an informal final day that is full of fun!

The Prom: Saturday 25^th June 7pm-11pm at SWCHS - Ticket cost: £35
This will be a formal event with a marquee, DJ, food and drinks, and a photo booth.

Ques Idea Mexican Kitchen, Vines Pizza and Saffron Ice Cream will be on site and are included in the cost.  Students will be provided with a menu nearer the time to select their food preference. Soft drinks will also be included.

Leavers’ Day Celebration: Friday 13^th May 1:30pm-4pm at SWCHS - Ticket cost: £7
All students are welcome to attend the celebration assembly that will take place at 1:30pm in Q6.  If students wish to participate in the later celebrations, they will need a ticket.

Bee-line Inflatables will be joining us to provide inflatable entertainment, ranging from bouncy night-clubs, laser-quest and a bucking bronco!  The entertainment will be confirmed based on ticket sales.  We hope to have a photographer on site and live music.  Again, final details will depend on the funds raised.

A BBQ meal will be offered at an additional cost. The menu will be advertised nearer the time. 

Waffle and Co will also be on site at an additional cost. A link to pre-order waffles will be sent nearer the time.

The deadline to purchase tickets for both the Prom and Leavers’ Day Celebrations is Friday 1^st April. Payment for both events should be made on Wisepay.

Please note that both are non-alcoholic events, and ticket sales are non-refundable.

Yearbook
A creative Year 13 Yearbook will also be available for students to purchase. It will have contributions from teachers and students and will highlight the unique journey that this year group has experienced – fortunately, we have been able to re-start in-person events, and these will be featured.  The price of the Yearbook will be between £15 - £20 and will be available to pick up from school during the exam period.

We are looking forward to celebrating the hard work of our students with these events and we hope the students are too.  They are a wonderful year group and deserve a fantastic celebration to mark their time with us.
