Sixth Form Open evening

Saffron Walden County High School Sixth Form would like to  welcome prospective Year 12 parent/carers and students to visit the school and attend a talk in Saffron Hall with our Director of Sixth Form, Amy Kennedy. 

Mrs Kennedy will be holding three talks in Saffron Hall at 5:00pm, 6:30pm and 8:00pm. The talks are a ticketed event, and you will need to book a seat for a talk through the Saffron Hall booking website - links to follow.  

Each talk will last approximately 45 minutes. If you are booking for the 8:00pm talk, please note that the rest of the school site will close at 8.00pm. 

There will also be activities and demonstrations in classrooms for each subject, with teachers and students on hand to answer any questions that you may have.   

Our current Sixth Form students will be on hand as tour guides throughout the evening. We would suggest allowing up to 90 minutes for a tour with one of our Sixth Form tour guides, or you are welcome to wander round independently.
