It is with real sadness that we have to postpone our forthcoming Alumni events again.

As I am sure you understand, that due to the increase in COVID numbers and as the school is now needed to become a testing site for students starting the new term, we can no longer accommodate this event during the first week back from term.

The new proposed date will be Wednesday 20^th April 2022, which feels like a long way off, but having looked at university term dates, this date encompasses most of you.

We are still committed to hosting this event and look forward to seeing our alumni students for a proper catch up in April – timings as before:

Class of 2021 – 5:30-6:30pm

Class of 2020 – 7:00-8:00pm

If you would like your certificates at any time BEFORE the event, please:

• Contact Miss Price directly: aprice@swchs.net to arrange collection yourself OR
  • You can have someone collect them for you (with written permission from yourself and ID). 
  • Alternatively if you have a sibling at the school, they can collect on your behalf – again please let Miss Price know and she will arrange the certificates (including any GCSE certificates if you took them at SWCHS) to be at reception for collection.

You can collect certificates and still come to the event – it will be great to see you.
