Percussion First Entry

Please note we will provide a 5-piece kit and facilities to play backing tracks. You will need to arrange to bring any other equipment you need. If you need help with moving or setting up your equipment, please email us well in advance to let us know.

I give my consent for photographs taken of my child during the festival to be used on the Saffron Walden Music Festival web pages, Facebook page and Instagram account. I understand that our sponsors and the local press may also take photographs.

*I understand that all entrants must have an original, purchased copy of their music for each performance. Music downloaded from the internet must be specifically authorised for use by the entrant. Each entrant must also bring a copy of their music for the adjudicator. These copies will not be returned and will be destroyed after the festival.

I understand that, if we are using the Festival Accompanist, my email address will be shared with them so that they can make contact regarding the rehearsal date and time.

*I understand that I, or another responsible adult nominated by me, will be responsible for my child's welfare at all times during the festival.

*I confirm that I have read through the festival rules with my child, that we understand them and agree to abide by them.
