Contact, Complaints and Safeguarding

The Governing Body, Saffron Academy Trust and Saffron Educational Trust can all be contacted via the Clerk to the Governors at the school's address.


We hope that issues arising in relation to students' education can be resolved through discussion with the appropriate staff.
The school has a Complaints Policy that enables an issue to be referred to the Governing Body if resolution within the school has not been possible.

The Governing Body will only investigate a complaint if the matter has already been investigated by the school's senior management and has not been resolved.


The Governing Body has agreed a Safeguarding Policy which is reviewed on a regular basis. A copy of the policy can be obtained from the Clerk to the Governors.
If a parent or guardian needs to raise a Safeguarding issue relating to a pupil they should contact either the pupil's form tutor or the Deputy Head teacher, Miss Sims.
If for any reason the issue cannot be discussed with a member of staff, then a letter marked 'private and confidential' should be sent to the Chair of Governors at the school address.
